A new expert in international security has joined our team. The Ridgway Center for International Security Studies at GSPIA recently welcomed Abigail Post as a Center Associate.
Dr. Post is a political scientist and international security expert. She is currently the Rosenwald Postdoctoral Fellow in U.S. Foreign Policy and International Security at the John Sloan Dickey Center for International Understanding at Dartmouth College. Previously, she was a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow through RAND Corporation. Dr. Post is currently working on a book examining the role of government rhetoric and moral language in international bargaining. Her book is based upon her dissertation for which she received the 2019 John McCain Dissertation Award.
“We are thrilled to have Dr. Post as a Ridgway Center Associate,” said Dr. Michael Kenney, Director of the Ridgway Center and Wesley W. Posvar Chair for International Security Studies. “Her expertise in international security will be invaluable to our work.”
