Current GSPIA student Eric Macadangdang, MPA '23, wrote a recent Letter to the Editor published in Pitt's University Times. In his letter, he urges us to work together to fight the devastating effects of climate change. How? By taking the Regional Climate Action Plan survey.
"University members who live in Allegheny County can help address the impacts of the changing climate by taking the Regional Climate Action Plan survey from Pitt’s Congress of Neighboring Communities (CONNECT). Taking this survey will help provide us with a better picture on what actions our local leaders need to take when it comes to climate change," he wrote. Read his full letter here.
Eric is studying public administration with a focus on urban affairs and planning. He also serves as the Climate Action Planning Intern for CONNECT as well as the Logistics and Information Intern for the University of Pittsburgh's Global Studies Center.
