Twelve alumni have been recognized as experts in their respective fields with nominations to the transition team for Allegheny County Executive-Elect Sara Innamorato.
Innamorato, who has served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since 2018, announced the full list of nearly 200 esteemed and diverse leaders shortly after her win on November 7th, simultaneously unveiling her sweeping community engagement plan entitled ‘All In Allegheny.’ Those named, divided into policy committees based on areas of expertise, will help lead conversations examining what communities across the county are looking for from their county government and assist in building an action plan designed to deliver on those needs during the upcoming administration. “This diverse and brilliant transition team … represents the best of what Allegheny County has to offer,” said Innamorato in her announcement.
