Russia’s invasion has created an escalating humanitarian crisis in a country of 41 million people, where approximately 10 million people have been displaced (including nearly 4 million refugees so far).
Topic included the targeting of civilians; access to power, food, water, and medical services; and refugees and humanitarian assistance.
